SHIPPING POLICY

All credit card orders placed before 2pm Eastern, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day, except for holidays.  All ACH orders will be held for for settlement of funds before shipping.

REFUND POLICY 

Refunds or replacements will be given only if complete and correct address is provided and carrier has reported the package as not delivered.  It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete address including apartment numbers, cardinal street directions, etc. in order for the package to be successfully delivered.  For the safety of all research subjects, once a package is reported as delivered by the carrier, all goods cannot be returned or resold.  All purchases made on this website will serve as acceptance of this policy.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and cannot be returned/re-sold due to safety of research subjects.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team without the need for third-party intervention.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to:

• Provide full transaction, shipping, and communication records to the payment provider
• Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence
• Restrict or suspend future orders associated with misuse of disputes

We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all customer concerns and strongly encourage customers to reach out to us first for any issue.

PRIVACY POLICY

Pep 4 Life LLC will never sell nor distribute any information collected on this website for purposes of purchasing products, marketing, or any other reasons.  Credit card numbers and descriptors used for purchases are securely collected with security encryption through our merchant processing provider and not made available to Pep 4 Life LLC.

SMS TEXTING POLICY

Any SMS text communication and information obtained between customers and Pep 4 Life LLC will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes or otherwise.  Customers of Pep 4 Life LLC give consent to receive order updates, customer service communication, and infrequent marketing campaigns.  Customers may opt-out of future messaging by replying “STOP” at any time.  Customers may also reply “HELP”, to receive more information.  Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
